Yes...I am 55 today...double 5's ...5 and a half decades Young.
I am in the best shape I have been in since I have had kids...it's about time I had a little time to start eating well, working out and just having to work and have fun.

My friend's son started their family tradition that when your birthday is "double digits the same" you get whatever you want. (11, 22, 33, etc.) Spread the word and you can have whatever you want!
